With this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as ‘privacy policy’) UAB “Savvas” (hereinafter referred to as ‘manager of the database’) determines the conditions of the processing of personal data by using a website controlled by the manager of the database. When trying to access our content and/or service, whether you’re using a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet, a TV or other), the established conditions of the privacy policy are applied.

We confirm that the website visitor data owned by the manager of the database will be collected in compliance with the European Union and the requirements of legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and instructions of control bodies. HOW WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SECURE
Personal information shall be protected from the loss, unauthorized use or alteration. We arranged physical and technical measures for protecting all information collected for our service provision purposes. While the appropriate steps to secure your information are taken, please note, that no website, on-line performed operation, computer system or wireless network is completely safe.
Your information will be available for 2 years from the last date of usage of our services or content. At the end of that period the information will be deleted permanently.
YOUR RIGHTS
The data subject, whose information is processed by database manager’s work, has these rights:
- to know (be informed) about their data management (right to know);
- to access their own data and to know how it is managed (right to access);
- to request the rectification of that data having regard to the personal data processing purposes, to complement the incomplete personal data (right to rectify);
- to delete the data or demand the blocking of data processing actions (except storage) (right to delete and “right to be forgotten”);
- to demand that the manager of database shall restrict the processing of personal data only when one of the legitimate reasons is present (right to restrict);
- to transfer the data (right to transfer);
- to oppose the processing of personal data, when the data is processed or will be processed for the direct marketing, including profiling and how much it’s associated with direct marketing;

**For the purpose of direct marketing, your personal information profiling may be carried out in order to suggest tailor made solutions and offers. You can withdraw your consent for us to process your personal information automatically at any time, including profiling, or object to it.
The data subject has a right to submit any kind of request or order related to personal information processing to the manager of the database using one of these ways: by bringing it directly to Vilniaus g. 126, Šiauliai; or sending it via e-mail: savvas@savvas.lt.
Not later than one month following the referral, after the manager of the database receives such a request or an order, they will issue a response and will either carry out the actions specified in the request or will refuse to do it. The prescribed period may be extended for additional two months given the proliferation and complexity of the requests. In such cases, within one month of receipt of the request, the manager of the database informs the data subject about such an extension while also providing the reason for the delay.
The manager of the database may refrain from providing conditions for data subjects to implement the aforementioned rights, with an exception to the process of personal information for direct marketing purposes, in the statutory referred cases, when a prevention, research and prerequisite of offences, employment or professional ethics need to be assured, also the protection of the data subject or other persons rights.
